Is your water bill past due?

There is new funding from California, similar to the financial assistance for power utility bills, that is available for water and waste water customers. It is called Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). Lake Alpine Water Company has completed the steps to be a participating utility for its eligible customers.
